Review Scope
We review company records, ownership information, shareholder structures, management profiles, group relationships and supporting corporate documents to assess transparency, consistency and transaction relevance.

We assess the background, commercial role and mandate relevance of key sponsors, counterparties, intermediaries and stakeholders involved in the transaction.
This may include review of professional background, project involvement, authorization, transaction role, source of mandate, credibility indicators and potential red flags.
We review financial statements, bank records, contribution evidence, investment history, funding sources and supporting financial documentation where relevant to the mandate.

We begin by reviewing the client profile, mandate background, jurisdiction, parties involved, financing requirement and available supporting documentation. This allows us to assess whether the matter falls within our advisory scope and whether preliminary review can proceed.
We review the core documents supporting the mandate, including corporate records, financial information, ownership evidence, project materials, counterparty details and authorization documents. At this stage, we identify missing information, inconsistencies, unsupported claims or documentation gaps requiring clarification.
We assess key risk areas, including sanctions exposure, jurisdictional sensitivity, source-of-funds considerations, counterparty credibility, project evidence, governance discipline and transaction readiness. The objective is to identify issues that may affect eligibility, stakeholder confidence or execution.
We prepare a structured summary of findings, highlighting documentation gaps, risk considerations, unresolved questions and recommended next steps. Where appropriate, this may include a conditions precedent list, clarification requests or a documentation improvement roadmap.
